authorize the City Manager to execute a construction contract with Wilson Contractor Services,

15. Consider awarding a bid to C & M Steel for the construction of new Equipment Covers at the
Service Center for $224,422.92, approve additional funds of $30,000 from General Fund Reserves
and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for this job and take any action necessary.
16. Consider approval of an emergency repair of the sanitary sewer lift station located at 905 Williams
Street (State Highway 66) in the amount of $83,750.00 performed by ConNanCo, LLC to be funded
out of the Water and Sewer Fund, Wastewater Operations Budget, and take any action necessary.
17.Consider approval of a recommendation from the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Subcommittee
regarding funding for the Ski Nautique’s Annual event ($12,715) and the Oasis Pickleball
